I’m Christele Fakhoury, a certified executive coach, GrowthWheel® business advisor, and organizational strategist with over 20 years of experience.
I started my career as an entrepreneur, founding and growing a 250-employee events company that operated for over 15 years. After exiting that business, I co-founded a tech startup in the childcare space, and later launched a consulting firm in Paris focused on strategic advisory and leadership coaching.
Along the way, I’ve held roles such as COO and Chief of Staff, working within fast-moving startups and purpose-driven organizations to enhance strategy, team alignment, and business performance.
Today, I combine that hands-on experience with structured tools to help other founders gain clarity, build strong foundations, and scale what works through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and strategic consulting.
I know what it means to build something from zero. I bring that same energy, honesty, and drive to every entrepreneur I support.
